Returns & Refund Policy
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. In the event that any part of this Returns Policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights shall prevail, and the conflicting provision will be considered void.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after 30 days have passed since your purchase.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be returned in re-saleable condition — unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. Products must include all original packaging, accessories, labels, and any free gifts or promotional items received with the order.

Items must not be sent back to the manufacturer directly.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and to notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 calendar days.
If you paid for standard delivery, the cost of standard shipping will also be refunded.
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Books, magazines, or other paper products with clear signs of use.

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds
