To request a cancellation, email us at support@trendingboards.com with the subject line “CANCEL”.
If your order has already shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

If you notice an error in your address, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately with the correct details or contact us directly.
We can correct shipping information within 24 hours of order placement. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.

Although we carefully package every order, rare incidents of shipping damage can occur.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the damaged item

Once verified, we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.
